We finally made it!! It is Tuesday about 3:30pm in very warm sunny Astrakhan. Leaving Moscow it was a brisk 30-40 degrees and right now in Astrakhan it is 75 degrees. We were told that we were not going to spend the night in Moscow, but plans changed so we stayed at a hotel close to the airport. It honestly looked sketchy from the outside but inside was pretty nice. Our driver kept telling us that it was only rated 3 stars?? Apparently the Holiday Inn in Moscow was very expensive this weekend and we read that fashion week just ended so we are thinking that is the reason. But the M&M hotel was nice enough to sleep. Could not really venture out but we were there only for the purpose to sleep.
So we arrived in hot Astrakhan, which the room still has the heat going and we have the windows open? We honestly did not pack for this weather. But everything has gone smoothly flights, etc. Tomorrow we will be able to visit Little Prince and then Thursday will be our court. Getting excited to see the little guy tomorrow!!

Yay! So glad you made it there safely. I can't believe it's already 75 degrees there - wow! I'm sure you're excited to see your little prince and have him in your arms.
I'm so happy to hear that you guys are in Astrakhan! I can't even imagine it being 75 degrees there; we're so used to the freezing weather. We'll be sending good thoughts and prayers your way for court on Thursday. Tell everyone we said hello!

We are so excited for you guys and are glad to hear things are going smoothly. Lola and Marley are doing fine and they said to tell you hi...according to Abby.
